Industry-leading parts inventory planning company seeks a .NET Application Developer/SQL Developer for a full-time position in our Taunton, MA office. Individual will be responsible for enhancing and documenting a data intense specialized business intelligence/management application. We develop in a Microsoft Visual Studio 2010/SQL Server 2008 Enterprise environment.

Skills Required:

Experience writing well thought out applications in C#.
Excellent SQL programming skills
Thorough knowledge of optimizing SQL performance
Ability to write/understand complex stored procedures, user defined functions and triggers
Knowledge of XML

Industry-leading parts inventory planning company seeks a Software Development Project Manager for a full-time position in our Taunton, MA office.
Individual will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent software development/implementation projects from concept to roll out.

Requirements:

Must haves:

3+ years of experience in software project management, including work on web-based applications.
Successful track record of introducing team members to an organized project management process.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, both technical and business; with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
Experience authoring various project documents.
Successful record dealing with distributed development teams and/or contractors.
Demonstrable ability to balance multiple active projects.
A pragmatic, not dogmatic, approach to process.

‘Nice to Haves’:

PMI PMP/CAPM certification.
Project management experience in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
Direct experience building a project management discipline in a small-company environment.
Web or application development experience.
